A large part of Malawi is water - Lake Malawi (formerly Nyasa), on its Eastern border with Mozambique. Malawi also shares its border with Zambia (on the West), and Tanzania (to the North). The capital is Lilongwe, but the largest city is Blantyre. David Livingstone was born in Blantyre in Scotland.
